Updated external reviews page, and no more excuses

Rather than restarting my own episode reviews like I should be doing, instead I've made overdue updates to the page for external reviews of the new 2013 Shout! Factory complete MH2 DVD set  (I'll take any excuse I can find to avoid writing).  I've added summaries and pull quotes for all the reviews. The reviews are trickling out very, very slowly on the internet, which I guess makes sense given how many hours of episodes a critic would need to watch in order to write a well-informed review. Even if a critic remembers the series from its original run, it's been close to 40 years and there are 325 episodes to remember.

As of this weekend, most of the major technical problems I was facing related are resolved, so I have no real excuse anymore for not getting onto a schedule with the episode reviews.  I'm rapidly approaching the point where coming up with further excuses requires more creative energy than the activity I'm avoiding. . .
